Pastry Chef Jessica Minisci 

I knew from an early age that being a Pastry Chef was my vocation. In 2005 I attended the Culinary Institute of America where I graduated with an Associates Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts.  I then went on to participate in the World Culinary Cup Expogast in Luxembourg & Germany in 2008 as a Pastry Apprentice to the National Team USA.  I have also worked at several top dining destinations in Westchester and Fairfield including:

After gaining experience in these establishments, I decided to venture out on my own and open my business. Just Desserts by Jess supplies Westchester, Rockland and Fairfield Counties with specialty pastries, custom cookies, party favors  and special occasion custom cakes, from weddings to kid birthdays. In addition, I  supply local restaurants with decadent desserts and specialty cakes. I always strive to use the best in locally farmed and seasonal ingredients in all of my creations.  I will work with you to create whatever it is to make your special occasion everything you imagine.
